Welcome to Nerdx Solutions. By accessing our website or hiring us for web design and social media services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Put simply: We agree to do great work for you, and you agree to pay for that work and communicate with us fairly.
Services Provided
Nerdx Solutions provides digital services including, but not limited to:
Custom Web Design & Development
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Branding & Identity
The specific scope of work for your project will be detailed in a separate proposal or contract which we will sign before work begins.
Payments and Fees
Invoicing: We require a deposit (usually 50%) before kicking off any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the project, prior to the final file handover or website launch.
Late Payments: Invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payments are not made on time.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our creative work, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Client Responsibilities
To make your brand a household name, we need your help. You agree to:
Provide necessary access (hosting, social media accounts) in a timely manner.
Provide content (text, images, logos) needed for the project, unless we are hired to create them.
Review our drafts and provide feedback promptly so we can stay on schedule.
Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)
Your Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the final designs, website files, and content we create for you.
Our Rights: Nerdx Solutions retains the right to display your project in our portfolio and social media channels to showcase our work to future clients. We also retain ownership of any underlying code libraries or tools used to build your site that are not specific to your project.
Revisions
We want you to love the final result. Our proposals typically include a set number of revision rounds. Requests for significant changes that go beyond the original scope or available revision rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, technology can be unpredictable. Nerdx Solutions is not liable for:
Any damages or loss of income resulting from website downtime caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or software updates.
Specific sales or ROI figures, unless explicitly guaranteed in a written contract (marketing results can vary).
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If you cancel: You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
If we cancel: We will provide a pro-rated refund for any work paid for but not delivered.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
